Abstract
Research and practice activity of Khabarovsk research institute of epidemiology and microbiology during 2016 was performed in several areas, among which prior for Khabarovsk region were prognosis of incidence and investigation of molecular-epidemic peculiarities of enteroviral infections; improvement of epidemiologic surveillance on vector-borne diseases, transmitted by ixodic ticks; molecular-genetic and sociological monitoring against HIV-infection and parenteral viral hepatitis; evaluation of immunity levels against viral hepatitis A among victims of flood; application of epidemiologic zoning methods, molecular-genetic and phenotypic marking of Shigella in sanitary-epidemiologic surveillance practice against shigellosis; evaluation of main respiratory bacterial pathogens carriage risk in upgrowth of pneumococcal infection; optimization of methodological approaches in order to carry out research work concerning detection of helminthiasis among population and analysis of infestation of intermediate hosts with helminths. Fruitful implementation of above-mentioned research and practice areas of work in Khabarovsk region was possible by the virtue of close and harmonic collaboration with organizations and institutes of Federal service for surveillance on customer rights protection and human wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) as well as institutes of Ministry of Health of the Khabarovsk region.

Abstract
Annual seasonal rise of enteroviral incidence associated with favorable climatic and geographic conditions, active migration processes, wide susceptibility primarily of the child population, variety of strains, as well as high variability of enteroviruses determine a necessity of implementation of statistical prognosis methods in the system of epidemiologic surveillance in order to timely introduce preventive measures in order to avoid uncontrolled spread of the infection.

Abstract
The article presents an attempt to analyze causes of long-term epidemic of enteroviral infections (EVI) in the specific region. During the research was conducted complex epidemical, virological analysis of Khabarovsk epidemic breakout that occurred in 2016 that was notable for wide range of EVI clinical forms as well as, to a great extent, viral landscape. During the research, 466 strains of enteroviruses were isolated and identified. Was discovered high frequency of nasopharyngeal localization of enteroviruses in patients with different manifest forms of EVI. Analysis confirmed traditional for EVI epidemiologic peculiarities: summer and autumn seasonality, incidence of child population, variety of clinical forms that are not always associated with one strain of the virus, diversity of epidemic process intensity in different residential communities. Was showed prognostic value of evaluation of collective immunity against currently circulating serotypes of enteroviruses ahead of epidemic rise of the EVI incidence.

Abstract
One of critically important prophylactic measures is elevation of insusceptibility of population against infectious diseases. Currently in Khabarovsk region there is an overdue need in optimization of preventive vaccination strategy against viral hepatitis A and dysentery Zonne according to epidemiologic indications. To do so practical healthcare institutions of Khabarovsk region were recommended specific strategies on objectivation of given preventive vaccination and selection of cohort subjected to immunization, implementation of which will allow to decline incidence of hepatitis A and dysentery Zonne to rare cases and lower healthcare economical expenditures.

Abstract
This review summarizes our current understanding epidemiology, molecular epidemiology of HPgV and TTV as well as contribution of the mentioned viruses on the course of HIV infection. HPgV and TTV are ubiquitous infections. It is noted that HPgV benefits HIV-infected patients and improves their survival rate and quality of life. TTV on the other hand induces hepatitis in patients with immunodeficiency caused by HIV. Despite abundance of information regarding the topic of review there are several unsolved questions concerning influence of HPgV and TTV on pathogenesis and epidemiology of HIV infection.

Abstract
Current brief literature review brings to light the issue of the environment disturbance during the process of stream gold extraction: destruction and alteration of rivers and feeder systems landscape, drain of ground and open waters, destruction of top soil layer, reduction of biological diversity, construction of man-made mine dumps that pollute biosphere deposits environment with heavy metals e.c.t.. Concurrently, a complex of exogenous and endogenous factors that adversely affect heath of gold miners were noted. Asymptomatic bacteremia consisting of different bacterial L-forms indicate on the decrease of functional activity of sanogenetic mechanisms.

This paper describes the degradation of influx negative entropy flow which is released free energy for need microorganism. The negative entropy flow necessary for compensation of the process to rise positive value entropy and to decrease free energy in cell. As a result, proceed the self-organized metabolic reaction of anthrax.

Abstract
The article presents data on zoological and entomological monitoring and results of laboratory tests on presence of tick-borne diseases of non-sated and sated ixodic ticks that confirm existence of combined tick-borne diseases foci on the territory of Khabarovsk region. The results showed high number of transmitting carriers. In these circumstances, the levels of carrier activity as well as tick contamination with bacterial infectious agents in 2016 did not exceed reported levels during previous years.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is determined by the need to improve the preventive measures of infections associated with the medical care, based on studying the manifestations of the epidemic process, assessing its intensity, orientation, as well as the etiological structure of the pathogens. There is a significant upward trend in the incidence rate for the study period. The most common forms of infectious complications were acute intestinal infections, infection areas of surgical intervention and suppuration of a postoperative wound, pneumonia. Dominant importance in etiology was occupied by S. aureus, C. albicans, S.epidermidis and P.aeruginosa. Among them, a significant increase in resistance to antibiotics has been identified. An effective direction of supervision are molecular genetic methods that provide an opportunity to assess the spectrum of pathogens, the degree of kinship of strains, the true level of antibiotic resistance.

EPIDEMIOLOGY AND PREVENTION OF HIV INFECTION IN THE FAR EASTERN FEDERAL DISTRICTAT THE PRESENT STAGE
68-73 142
Abstract
At present, both worldwide and in Russia, the spread of HIV infection has reached epidemic proportions. HIV infection is an important public health problem. In the far Eastern Federal district total number of HIV-infected people has reached 22 873 people. The rate of growth annually on average amounts to 10.3±0,26%. Almost equal parenteral and sexual (heterosexual) transmission. Growing HIV prevalence in the age group of people older than 30 years. In the far Eastern Federal district, in addition to diagnosis and treatment, sufficient attention is given to primary prevention, and testing.

Abstract
Epidemic situation in Khabarovsk region as well as in Russia repeats global trends but also has its peculiarities. In order to plan and carry out targeted primary prophylactic measures against HIV-infection between studying and working youth was conducted comparative analysis of awareness levels concerning HIV-infection transmission routes and awareness of available prophylactic measures against infection. Results of the research showed almost equal and relatively satisfactory awareness levels of both study groups. However, students have more knowledge on HIV-infection transmission routes compared to working youth. This fact is associated with extensive awareness campaigns devoted to prophylactic measures in higher educational institutions and secondary specialized colleges. Lack of such prophylactic work among working youth has determined their poor awareness concerning using condoms during unsafe intercourses. Nevertheless, among youth continues to exist certain phobias concerning HIV-infected people as well as escalation of myths regarding certain HIV-infection transmission routes. Was recorded vaguely realizable possibility of testing in order to lower the growth rates of HIV epidemic.
