МОЛЕКУЛЯРНО-ЭПИДЕМИОЛОГИЧЕСКАЯ ХАРАКТЕРИСТИКА ВИРУСНЫХ ГЕПАТИТОВ G И ТТV В МИРЕ И НА ТЕРРИТОРИИ РОССИЙСКОЙ ФЕДЕРАЦИИ (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Текущий обзор обобщает существующую научную информацию об эпидемиологии, молекулярной эпидемиологии вирусных гепатитов G (HPgV) и TTV, а также об их влиянии на течение ВИЧ-инфекции. Вирусные гепатиты G и TTV являются убиквитарными инфекциями. Существует множество работ, свидетельствующих о благоприятном воздействии вирусного гепатита G на качество и продолжительность жизни ВИЧ-инфицированных пациентов. С другой стороны, TTV увеличивает риск развития гепатита у пациентов с иммуносупрессией, индуцированной ВИЧ. Несмотря на огромное количество работ, посвященных теме обзора, существует множество нерешенных вопросов касательно патогенеза и эпидемиологической характеристики пациентов, ко-инфицированных вирусами гепатита G, TTV и ВИЧ.
