Роль коагулазонегативных стафилококков в патологии человека (обзор литературы)
Аннотация
Коагулазонегативные стафилококки (КНС) относятся к числу наиболее часто выявляемых бактерий при рутинной клинической диагностике. За последние десятилетия заболеваемость, связанная с КНС, значительно выросла. Многие КНС являются представителями нормальной микрофлоры кожи и слизистых оболочек человека: S. epidermidis, S. haemolyticus, S. hominis, S. warneri, S. xylosis, S. capitis, S. simulans, S. pettenkoferi и др. Долгое время их было принято рассматривать как бактерии–комменсалы, которые не продуцируют факторы вирулентности и имеют ограниченное значение в клинической практике. Однако накопленные в литературе данные свидетельствуют об их патогенности для человека и животных и роли как возбудителей инфекций, связанных с иммунодефицитами, имплантированными медицинскими устройствами, внутрисосудистыми катетерами. КНС выделяются среди пациентов отделений реанимации, хирургии, трансплантологии, ожоговых, неонатологических и других профилей. Также установлена их роль в качестве ведущих возбудителей нозокомиальных инфекций и как резервуаров генов резистентности к антибактериальным препаратам. Несмотря на увеличивающееся число сообщений об участии КНС в патологии человека, эта группа стафилококков остается недостаточно изученной.
