ЭНДЕМИЗМ ТРЕМАТОД, ЦИРКУЛИРУЮЩИХ НА ЮГЕ ДАЛЬНЕГО ВОСТОКА РОССИИ

Аннотация
Во всем мире существует проблема некорректной идентификации паразитов в результате использования только морфологических или только молекулярных данных. Эта проблема касается и трематод юга российского Дальнего Востока. Использование комплексного подхода позволило выявить большое количество новых видов, циркулирующих на этой территории, большинство из которых является эндемиками. Обсуждаются основные причины возникновения эндемизма этих червей: геологические и климатические особенности исследуемой территории, а также ограничение распространения паразитов вследствие высокой адаптации к наименее мобильным хозяевам в их жизненных циклах.
